I Lost Access to My Account!

If you can't log in, follow these steps before contacting support.

1. Check Your Registration Method

You can log in using:

  • Email (PIN code login)
  • Facebook
  • Google Account
  • VK Account

Make sure you're using the same method you registered with. If you signed up via social login, use that instead of email.

2. PIN Code Issues (Email Login)

If you registered with email, the game sends a PIN code for login. If you don’t receive it:

  • Check your email address – Ensure it's correct; typos will prevent delivery.
  • Check Spam/Junk folders – The email may have been filtered.
  • Wait a few minutes – Delivery may take some time.
  • Request a new PIN – Try again if it doesn’t arrive.
  • Confirm your login method – If you registered with Facebook, Google, or VK, you won’t get a PIN. Use the correct login option.

3. Social Login Issues (Facebook, Google, VK)

If Facebook, Google, or VK login isn’t working:

  • Use the correct account – Ensure you're logging in with the linked account.
  • Log out and back in – Try refreshing the connection.
  • Check permissions – If you revoked access, you may need to restore it.

4. Still Can’t Access Your Account?

If you're locked out of your email or social login, contact support.
Be ready to verify ownership. Account recovery is not guaranteed.
