Key Difference
Checker Placement: Nackgammon is distinguished by its unique starting arrangement.
Two checkers from points 6 and 13 are relocated to point 23. This adjustment typically results in longer games.
Skill Level
Nackgammon demands greater skill compared to traditional backgammon. The strategic emphasis is on checker positioning due to more frequent backward movements.
Gameplay
Apart from checker placement, all other rules follow standard backgammon.
