Purchases on MacOS are usually instant, but sometimes they can take a bit longer. If you've made a purchase and it hasn’t appeared yet, it’s likely still being processed. Please refrain from making the same purchase again, as this should resolve itself shortly.

What to do if your purchase hasn't arrived?

If your purchase hasn’t shown up after a reasonable waiting period, the first step is to check with Apple Support. Since they handle all our game's transactions on MacOS, they'll be best equipped to assist you.

Your order is confirmed, but still not received?

In the event that you’ve confirmed the transaction with Apple and yet haven’t received your purchase, please get in touch with our support team. Don’t forget to provide a screenshot of your purchase confirmation or receipt, which will help us to assist you more efficiently.
