I didn’t get my Android purchase!
Experiencing issues with canceled purchases?
If you've attempted a purchase and it was canceled, rest assured, you won't be billed for it.
Google Play might temporarily hold an amount on your card equivalent to the purchase price. This is just a hold and it will automatically be released soon.
Cancellations often happen due to mismatches in billing details. Ensure the billing address and name in your Google Wallet align with those on your credit card.
To resolve this, confirm your details with your bank, then update your information in Google Pay under “Payment Methods.”

In case your purchase hasn't shown up, please be patient. Sometimes, it takes a bit longer to process.
Refrain from repurchasing to avoid duplicates.
If your purchase is taking unusually long, reach out to our support team. Please provide a screenshot of your receipt for quicker assistance.
Ensure your transaction ID (like GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345) is visible in the screenshot.
For your privacy, remove any personal information from the screenshots or receipts.
