Help with verification codes

 When you use the Backgammon Masters email login feature, a four-digit PIN is sent to your email address as a confirmation code. To ensure a smooth login process, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your inbox: After requesting a PIN, it should arrive in your email inbox within a few minutes.
  2. Inspect your spam folder: If the PIN is not in your inbox, there's a chance it could have been mistakenly marked as spam. Please check your spam or junk mail folder.
  3. Wait and re-try: Sometimes, there can be a slight delay in email delivery. If the PIN hasn't arrived within 10 minutes, try requesting it again.
  4. Review email filters: If you have set up email filters or rules, make sure they are not preventing the PIN email from reaching your inbox.
