Request deletion of your personal data

If you wish to permanently delete all data associated with your account in Backgammon Masters, including your nickname, email, gold balance, private messages, game statistics, avatar, achievements, awards, and personal information, please follow these steps:

Access settings: Click on the gear icon in the game to open the settings menu.

Navigate to account deletion: In the settings menu, locate the second section marked with a key icon. Here, you will find the option "Delete Your Account" below the "Logout" button.

Confirm deletion: Click on "Delete Your Account" and follow the instructions to confirm your request.

Cancellation period: If you log back into your account within 2 weeks of requesting deletion, the deletion process will be automatically cancelled. This is a safety measure to ensure that you have adequate time to reconsider your decision.
